Orders and Transactions

You are welcome 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, and 365 days a year here at the official Jeff Dunham Webstore! After your shopping experience and once you submit your order, your credit card is authorized but not charged until the point of shipping. You will see the charge on your next bank statement. Do not be alarmed if the statement reads “I KEEL YOU, Inc.” No harm will come to you. I KEEL YOU, Inc. is Jeff Dunham’s company.

Your privacy matters here at JeffDunham.com. We will never offer or sell your personal information to third-party interests.  See our Privacy Policy for more details.   

Security

For your protection, we use only the latest server authentication and data encryption technology to ensure that you’re as safe and secure as reasonably possible when purchasing on JeffDunham.com.

Taxes

We are required to charge sales tax on orders shipped within certain states, including, but not limited to, California. 

Items Sold At Jeff’s Shows

Some of the items available online are also available at his shows. There are no guarantees as to which items may, or may not be available at a live performance -- or vice versa.

Cancellation

As long as your order has not been processed , we will be more than happy to cancel your order or a part of an order. Simply call or email Customer Service with your request. If your order has been processed, you will have to wait until you receive the order, then follow our Exchanges and Returns policy.

Brothers Entertainment Merchandising Inc. (BEM)

Brothers Entertainment Merchandising, Inc. is an online distributor for many of Jeff Dunham products found on JeffDunham.com, not including the following products:

  • CDs and DVDs (Amazon.com)
  • Wine (DunhamCellars.com)
  • Etched iPODS (Coveroo.com)
  • Moleskine Notebooks (JournalEngraver.com)
Shipping and Delivery Information

Typically, merchandise will ship within 3 business days of receipt via the shipping method of your choice.

We're not responsible for non-receipt of orders once we ship them out, including, but not limited to, from the failure by any third party delivery company to deliver an order or by your failure to properly submit an accurate and complete shipping address during the signup procedure.

Email Confirmation

You will receive an order confirmation by email that will provide a summary of your order, including the items purchased, billing, payment, and shipping information. Please check your SPAM folder if you do not see the confirmation in your Inbox. Upon shipping, you will receive another email confirming the shipment along with tracking information.

Delivery

There are a number of shipping options for you to choose. The shipping option you have chosen will determine the delivery timeframe. This applies for both foreign and domestic orders.

Returns and Exchanges

Brothers Entertainment Inc. will accept any unwashed/unworn merchandise items (as determined by us in our sole discretion) for return or exchange within 30 days of purchase (within 45 days of purchase for shipments outside of the United States).

* If your item is received damaged or broken, please contact BEM by email or phone for further instructions.

Refunds

Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable with the exception of manufacturer’s defects or damaged items, including, but not limited to, any shipping and handling costs to return the merchandise item(s) to us. Your refund will be credited to the original payment source. If the original source is unavailable, we will either issue a store credit or issue a check as we determine in our sole discretion. Please send all exchanges and returns to the following address, along with a copy of the original packing slip and instructions concerning exchanges and returns:
